June 5-7, 2015, Friday 3pm - Sunday 3pm
with Johnny Manzon-Santos, Scotty McCaulley & Ellie Schindelman
Mountain Home Ranch, Calistoga
Create a Vision Board:
Creating Your Vision Board ~ The most powerful way to dream: with your eyes open. A creative space for you to learn about your heart’s desires and how to set your personal intention to make your life even richer. You will create a collage of
images that you take home, and learn how to keep the energy around those
visions in your day to day life.
The Nature Solo:
In your nature solo, you will walk in spacious silence on trials that start at the Ranch, practice using your
senses, observe the world around you, & be open to the guidance the natural world can provide.
Then you will find a spot to settle, engage in meditation, reflection & deep noticing - connecting with your intuition and the wisdom of the natural world.
What do we mean by coaching:
We define coaching as a partnership designed to help you tap into your full potential. Coaches and clients work together from a “resourceful” point of view--collaborating so that you can create an exciting future based on awareness and action. Coaches are trained to bring their curiosity and intuition and ask powerful questions that facilitate soul-searching, insight and new possibilities. In group coaching, participants benefit from the peer learning and support, and access the "collective wisdom" of the community.
About Yoga:
Many people think yoga is just stretching, but yoga is really about creating balance. A regular yoga practice has many benefits, including an increased feeling of open-ness and well-being. Scotty’s creative yoga
approach emphasizes proper alignment in the poses, maintaining a balance
between strength and flexibility, and making yoga accessible for people of all ages
and abilities.
The yoga practice (Iyengar+) will be a choice of basic/level 1
yoga or an invigorating all levels class. Each evening we have a restorative yoga practice, soothing your muscles and relaxing your mind, sealing in the experiences of the day.
Mountain Home Ranch Resort is a secluded country retreat center in California's beautiful Sonoma & Napa Valleys, offering peaceful freedom from the distractions of everyday life. Food is prepared with the freshest local ingredients (mainly vegetarian), some of which is grown on the land. 340 acres of hiking trails are a great way to get away from it all - and there is a wonderful lake and two swimming pools.

How I came to develop Envision your Future Coaching & Yoga Retreat
To envision this program, I brought together my passions and experiences in career development, counseling and coaching, yoga, and facilitating transformative experiences in group settings. In 2013, I completed an intensive coach training program, and was inspired to create a new opportunity that incorporates coaching & yoga in a community setting, with an emphasis on nature-based exploration, group coaching, expressive arts. I am excited to have the chance to unleash my own entrepreneurial spirit and partner with colleagues and friends in piloting this program. I have been enjoying yoga classes with the wonderful Scotty McCaulley for a few years, and I knew I wanted him to be our yoga teacher. Johnny Manzon-Santos is one of the most delightful and powerful coach/facilitators I know, and I am honored to be working together with someone I consider a mentor.
I believe that everyone has dreams (although we may not remember them…) – and that we deserve the chance to uncover, explore and follow them. I bring to this program a core belief that we are all capable of identifying what really matters to us, envisioning a path to a future we desire, and of making courageous choices to bring that vision to life.
Now in my encore career, or “third act”, I am following my own dreams with Envision Your Future, and making more time for adventures in the outdoors, yoga, tap dancing - and my awesome godchildren – whose curiosity, creativity and open-hearted approach to life model the way for me.
